Honeymoon in Singapore

With just four days in Malaysia, we felt it wasn’t enough. So, we decided to continue the fun in Singapore for 3 more days of selfies, sightseeing, and food tripping. We wanted an itinerary with few activities but our feet are telling us to give in to all the things that we would like to do together:

Day 0: September 14 (Sunday)
1.) Arrival at Changi International Airport at 3:40PM
2.) Snack at Swensen’s in Terminal 2
3.) Bought SG Tourist Pass
4.) Bought Tickets for Universal Studios Singapore (USS)
5.) Booked an Airport Shuttle Bus at the Ground Transport Desk
6.) Check in at Hotel Clover 5 HongKong Street Riverview
7.) Dinner at Burger King

Day 1: September 15 (Monday)
1.) Complimentary Breakfast at Hotel Clover
2.) USS
3.) Lunch at Loui’s NY Pizza Parlor in USS
4.) Wings of Time
5.) Dinner at Lau Pa Sat

Day 2: September 16 (Tuesday)
1.) Complimentary Breakfast at Hotel Clover
2.) Sir Stamford Landing / Parliament / Fullerton Hotel / Merlion Park / Helix Bridge / Esplanade
3.) Lunch at The Central in Clark Quay
4.) Check out at Hotel Clover
5.) Check in at Parkroyal on Pickering Hotel
6.) Afternoon Tea at Parkroyal
7.) Evening Cocktails at Parkroyal

Day 3: September 17 (Wednesday)

2.) Stayed in our room until check out time
3.) Check out at Parkroyal on Pickering Hotel and left our luggage
4.) Lunch at RamenPlay in Chinatown Complex
5.) Chinatown / Ordchard / SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands
6.) Claimed our luggage and went to the Airport
7.) Lunch at the Airport
8.) Departure at 12:55AM (September 18)

Money Saving Tips
1.) Look for a free accommodation by staying with a friend or a relative.
2.) Eat in food courts or hawker food stalls.
3.) Stay in Little India if you can’t find a place to stay for free.
4.) Engage in free activities such as sightseeing and nature trips.
5.) Minimize the use of buses and trains by travelling on foot.

This last photo was taken while we were riding a taxi going to the airport. Nothing really spectacular…except that we are heading to Changi International Airport. It’s one of the best airports in the world which offers many activities for a more memorable stay before you head back to reality. Vacations certainly don’t end here!
